What Will I Eat for Lunch?

For the second day straight, I've packed my lunch, inserted an ice bag, zipped the bag shut, and walked out the door leaving my lunch on the counter. I usually realize what I've done sometime during my drive to work . . . but by that time it's too late. So I've had to scrounge food, eating corn nuts or whatever I can find close by. I'm not sure why I've had such a hard time remembering . . . .

Monday, we had our last Writing Project Summer Institute 2007 meeting. At lunch, we all went to Pane on Cedar and Nees. I had a delicious turkey and avocado sandwich with dijon mustard, sauteed onions, provolone, tomato and pesto. It was tasty as was the salad that accompanied it. Certainly, if I packed a lunch like this I wouldn't forget it?????
