I saw a lot of California terrain this weekend. I had a meeting in Sacramento, visited friends in Antelope, drove to San Francisco to see more friends, and then finally returned to Fresno last night. I have to say, I really love this state. So many interesting landscapes, people, and things to do. So . . . here are a couple of highlights from my travels.
I could see this bridge over the American River from my hotel window.
Jason made a scary face for me.
Lin, Jason, and I hung out at Dry Creek.
Tom, Andre, and I went to the de Young Museum in Golden Gate Park.
From the top of the tower, we saw a 360 degree view of San Francisco, including this vista.
We wandered around the gardens looking at public art installations like these apples.
Tom and Andre: this California vista is only complete with you in it.
